Dan revealed the key qualities that separate high-impact PMs and how to position yourself as the 'builder' and value creator that companies desperately need.
My Takeaways:
Sometimes the best product insights come from seeing how others visualize problems. No complex frameworks, just "here's what they expect, here's what they get, here's the gap." Bad customer experience eroding the perceived value of a brand.
Also the CX Q&A got me ideating for a potential new project... Hmmm..
